Nick shares his thoughts on what he sees in the apartment market with a “significant reset” on the capital markets, interest rates, inflation, valuation, sellers’ expectations on value, the challenges today of selling 40–50-year-old apartments, and then having broker tour activity down almost 80% from last year. Yikes! Nick talks about the “green shoots” and the positive reflections that he is starting to see in the apartment market in Texas.
