Graduating from college in 1987, Mike Spotts bought his first real estate investment; a duplex. He lived on one side and rented out the other. He was bit with the real estate bug. Over the next 20 years he worked his semi-conductor job and bought lots real estate. In 2009, his tech company offered him a buy out…he jumped out…and jumped into…a full-time real estate investor career. How do you go from buying single family homes to buying large apartment buildings? Mike shares his story on how he purchased several large apartment buildings with fellow investors.
