Hunter Thompson invests in
different types of real estate, but only as a passive investor. He
invests in other sponsors transactions. He is NOT an operator or
daily manager of real estate investments. Before he places money
into someone else’s partnership; he does incredible amount of due
diligence. He is a ‘horse picker’; he looks at the quality of the
JOCKEY (operator), the HORSE (apartments, self storage, mobile
homes, etc.), and in the right RACE (location of the asset). Most
