throughout the world is searching for yield. Investors are putting
money into apartments…just trying to get 5-8% cash on cash rates of
returns. If you can buy into a 5 cap rate and borrower money in the
3’s…you and your investors can make money. Michael chats about his
latest deal and how he was able to purchase it…off-market…or

Michael Becker has purchased over 10,000 apartment units between
Dallas and Austin Texas. He is a former commercial banker and has a
unique perspective of being of a former ‘loaner- of money’ and is
now a large “owner- of commercial real estate.”
